This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) governs the relationship between the resource owner (hereinafter referred to as “WikiLoan” or the “Administration”) on one side and the website user on the other.

The WikiLoan website is not a media outlet and does not provide loans or credit services. The editorial team performs analytical research within the financial services sector of Ukraine. As a directory website, it compares offers from lending companies and serves exclusively for informational purposes.

By using this website, you agree to the terms of this agreement. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the WikiLoan website!

1. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

1.1. The User has the right to:

• search for information on the website;
• receive information from the website;
• comment on content posted on the website;
• interact with user ratings;
• copy information to other websites provided the source is clearly cited;
• copy information to other websites with the prior permission of the copyright holder;
• use the website’s information for personal, non-commercial purposes.

1.2. The Administration has the right to:

• create, modify, or cancel rules at its sole discretion and as deemed necessary;
• restrict access to any information on the website;
• create, modify, or delete any content;
• delete user accounts;
• refuse registration without providing a specific reason.

1.3. The User undertakes:

• not to distribute information aimed at war propaganda, incitement of national, racial, or religious hatred and enmity, or any other information for which criminal or administrative liability is provided;
• not to disrupt the website’s technical functionality;
• not to post advertising, erotic, pornographic, or offensive materials, or any other information the placement of which is prohibited or contradicts current legislation;
• not to use scripts or automated programs for data collection and/or interaction with the Website and its Services.

1.4. The Administration undertakes:

• to maintain the website’s functionality, except in cases where this is impossible due to reasons beyond the Administration’s control;
• to provide measures for the protection of the User’s account data.

2. Liability of the Parties

2.1. the user bears full personal responsibility for any information they distribute;

2.2. the administration bears no responsibility for services provided by third parties (lenders or financial institutions);

2.3. in the event of force majeure (hostilities, state of emergency, natural disasters, etc.), the Administration does not guarantee the safety of information posted by the User or the uninterrupted operation of the resource.

3. Terms of the Agreement

3.1. This Agreement comes into force upon any use of this website.

3.2. The Agreement ceases to be effective upon the publication of a new version.

3.3. The Administration reserves the right to unilaterally modify this agreement at its discretion.

3.4. The Administration is not required to notify users regarding changes to the Agreement.
